During the month of October 2014 I completed a program that focused not on eliminating foods but on controlling portions. Even wine and chocolate were included! It incorporated basic exercises that could be modified to be easier or more difficult through the elimination or addition of weights and the workouts are only 30 minutes!
I lost just under 5lbs and just over 7 inches. While the numbers are not shocking, check out the changes in my body in the photos below!
NOTE: This also happens to be the program that I FINALLY broke 100lbs lost with!!
